Meet Our Expert
Azra Alomerovic, DNP, FNP-c, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Alomerovic is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner, specializing in both a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She graduated with honors from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2009 with a Master of Science in Nursing and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Frontier Nursing University in 2015. In 2021, she completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from Frontier Nursing University.
She is credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Lifespan and holds an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license through the Kentucky Board of Nursing.

$180 initial psychiatric assessment & evaluation, 50-60 min

$90 follow-up app for medication management, 20-30 min
Payment:
Fees for service MUST be paid at the time of appointment and prior to being seen by your provider. We offer a secure credit card payment process, and your information can be stored for future appointments.
You may be charged $25 for missed appointments if you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
